Carefully chosen from JJ Corry's library of flavours, this single cask single malt Irish whiskey has been aged in an ex-Bourbon cask from Kentucky for just over two decades and finished in a Fino sherry cask from Jerez, Spain, for the last 11 months of its maturation.
